#1 Using “green” toys can reduce toxins that damage the environment. Helping the planet heal is necessary to prevent disease outbreaks.
# 2 A lot of eco-friendly toys are fun, well-designed, and durable (think Melissa & Doug). That makes them better investments than cheap pirated ones that will break in a few days. The downside though is that green toys are more expensive.
# 3 Eco-friendly toys are bound to become trendier and more in-demand because the British Royal Family, the World Economic Forum, Hollywood, the mainstream media, as well as leaders in both the private and public sectors are hailing green products. (But let’s face it: reselling eco-friendly toys means that you’re not part of the resistance against Big Corporations given that all those elites have their stamp of approval on your business).
# 4 Many eco-friendly toys are produced by companies that are based in countries that top the Human Freedom Index. This means that there’s a high likelihood (but not a 100% guarantee) that these green toys were not manufactured by enslaving minorities.
# 5 Many producers of eco-friendly toys are registered businesses that pay taxes, unlike vendors who don’t issue official receipts. When we deliberately evade taxes and buy from merchants that do the same, we are burdening the poor with the responsibility of funding welfare programs that we demanded while we laugh our way to the bank.
So! Would you like to become a distributor of eco-friendly toys? If you are, that’s great! Just make sure to squelch your totalitarian tendencies that are clamoring for more taxes on businesses that neither sell nor buy them. Look, we all tend to be authoritarian. Let's remember that people have different values, preferences, and life circumstances which can serve as valid reasons for utilizing stuff that were made through fossil fuel (e.g., eco-friendly products might be too pricey for those with limited budgets). Besides, there are other ways of taking care of the environment.

Take note though that I am NOT saying that you should buy them. But you need to see for yourself to make an informed choice about your purchases.
